This Privacy Policy describes how ACROX LEAGUE (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related tournament services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account data: name, email, phone, profile details you provide.
• Wallet and payment metadata: deposit/withdrawal status, amounts, Stripe customer and payout identifiers (we do not store full card numbers).
• KYC status: verification outcomes from Stripe Identity.
• Gameplay data: match participation, scores, tournament entries, device/app diagnostics.
• Support messages you send to us.
• Usage analytics: in the app, screens viewed and key actions (sign-in, tournament entries, deposits, match results) via Google Analytics for Firebase; on this website, page views and button taps via Google Analytics only after you accept cookies. You can change your website choice anytime in Cookie settings.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Operate tournaments, matchmaking, and the wallet ledger.
• Process payments and payouts via Stripe.
• Complete identity verification for withdrawals.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unfair play.
• Improve the Service and provide support.

Sharing

We share data with processors needed to run the Service, including Stripe (payments and Identity), Firebase/Google Cloud (auth and data), and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain account, ledger, and match records as required for operations, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to retention needed for fraud prevention and financial records.

Your choices

You can update profile settings in the app, request account deletion (see Delete account), and contact us about access or correction requests.
